Dresses!
It’s nearing the end of January and I still haven’t gotten internet hooked up in my new place. And if moving once wasn’t enough my boyfriend is moving into a new house this week, thus it’s like I’m moving yet again. I guess that’s the downside of living in two places, ultimately that means I have to move twice too! In an effort to lessen the load and save some funds I’ve put 5 dresses up for auction on ebay. They are all in like new, lightly worn, well-taken-care-of condition. DRUM ROLL PLEASE!
This Stop Staring! olive green houndstooth dress is a size 14 or 1X. This is one of those I-got-it-off-ebay-and-it-didn’t-fit type of situations. It’s a lovely dress, and in nice condition.
Recognize this baby? You might remember it from this post. It’s a lovely dress that I’ve literally worn only twice. Size 10/12 from Shabby Apple. Up for auction here.
I really do love me some Stop Staring! dresses. They are so comfortable and flattering. This one I loved with the sailor-style feminine collar. I wore it once to a wedding and have since grown out of it. Stop Staring Raileen dress, size M listed here.
Ah, the Stop Staring Lovespell dress, size Medium. I wore it for NYE a few years ago. Plus I gave it iconic YouTube status in my short Queen of Burlesque, which Dita Von Teese herself said she liked!
This Stop Staring beauty is a discontinued style, so someone had better snatch this baby up! The Lolita dress is a halter, sweetheart bust, perfect black wiggle dress. Size Medium, and oh how I wish it still fit. I’m actually bummed to find out it’s been discontinued because I loved this dress so much. Seen here back in ’09.
All these dresses are for sale on ebay RIGHT NOW! And I still have a lot of great vintage for sale in my etsy shop. I slashed a lot of prices recently, too!
I plan on getting back to regular blogging once life settles some more. In the meantime, I’ve been really enjoying the micro-blogging satisfaction that I get from Instagram. I thought I’d leave you with some instagram moments.

Hi dear Mary, my heart goes out to you regarding both the lack of internet (ours was recently down due to some inexplicable reason that our provider wouldn’t name for us for nearly six days and it was not fun one wee little bit, I can only imagine how unpleasant, in many ways, it must be to go so long sand the interwebz) and wanting to raise funds. We keep getting hit with big unexpected expenses over the past couple of months and I’m thinking I’ll have to sell some stuff soon too to help make a tiny dent in those bills. I wish you the best with your eBay sales and on every other front of your life, sweet gal.
